Eko Ardiansyah Pandiangan began his career as a professional lawyer at the Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institute (LBH Mawar Saron), under the mentorship of one of Indonesia’s most prominent attorneys, Dr. Hotma Sitompoel, S.H., M.Hum.

During his time at LBH Mawar Saron, Eko Pandiangan handled both pro bono and court-appointed (prodeo) cases, with a particular focus on labor and employment law matters.

Currently, he actively practices as the Head of Litigation at DNT Lawyers, delivering high-quality legal services to those seeking justice.
