El Rhoy Paulus Benhur began his legal career as a Public Defender at the Mawar Saron Legal Aid Institute in Jakarta, under the mentorship of Mr. Hotma P.D. Sitompoel, S.H., M.Hum. His work focused on providing pro bono legal assistance to underprivileged and legally marginalized individuals in pursuit of justice.

He later continued his career at Dhaniswara Harjono & Partners Law Firm, where he has handled a wide range of cases, including criminal matters such as corruption, civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and court-supervised debt restructuring (PKPU), labor and employment law, among others.
